It is honey harvested during the winter, in December – January. When newly harvested, it is yellowish brown in color. It is derived from the nectar of various flowers and crystallizes in cold weather. It has a butter-like texture and is called “#butterhoney”. If stored for a long time, the color will darken depending on the day and time of storage.
