Coffee Fight Milk
This blended coffee recipe is unlike any other. It is a combination of 50%
Doi Sam Muen, Chiang Mai Province and another 50% Doi Huai Lueang, Tak Province.
From the tasting experiment, the coffee tastes quite strong, similar to Earl Grey tea,
with a clear scent of orange blossom, followed by the smell of roasted nuts and a slight scent of wood and chocolate.
The body is in the middle, with a not-so-high acidity and a medium-long finish,
characteristic of dark chocolate. This roasted recipe is ideal for brewing with milk menus,
such as lattes and cappuccinos.
