Pollen from flowers that sticks to the hind legs of worker bees during nectar harvesting. Worker bees collect it by knotting it into small lumps on both legs and storing it in the nest. In front of the nest, there is a pollen trap box where bees fly through the holes in the pollen trap box and fall into the trap box. We dry the pollen in the sun and sterilize it. It can be stored for consumption for a long time.
