Kasalong is a famous flower in the northern part of Thailand. This flower is very popular among the Lanna people. We use this name to mean smile and joy.

It is a Thai dessert made from Khao Soi or sticky rice, which is cut into small pieces. It has a sweet taste, and some brands may use honey instead of sugar, giving it a honey aroma.
